Delivery & Returns

In most cases your order will be dispatched on the first business day after your payment is received. 

We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects the products, and we always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. 

Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for return details. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like.
